1 kg Cashew nut (powdered)400 g Sugar1 tsp Cardamom (powdered, Elakka)2 tsp GheeWater (As reqd) For preparing cashew katly, boil sugar with some water to make a thick syrup, stirring continuously. Add powdered cashew nut and cardamom to it. Stir well and let it cool.After 10 minutes, apply ghee on a flat plate and spread the mixture on the plate in 1 to 2 inch thickness.
