Instructions
  1. For preparing cashew katly, boil sugar with some water to make a thick syrup, stirring continuously.
  2. Add powdered cashew nut and cardamom to it. Stir well and let it cool.
  3. After 10 minutes, apply ghee on a flat plate and spread the mixture on the plate in 1 to 2 inch thickness. Allow it to cool for 1 hour.
  4. Cashew katly is ready. Cut and serve.
