50 g Cashew nut (soaked & ground)2 nos Onion (sliced)Salt (As reqd)1 no Onion (sliced)3 nos Green chillies (split)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder3/4 cup Coconut (sliced)1/2 tsp Sugar1 cup Water1 no Tomato (sliced)1/2 cup Coriander leaves2 tbsp Oil2 branch Curry leaves For preparing cashew masala, fry onion in oil.Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves to it and fry again.Then add coconut slices and ground cashew nut to it and mix well.Add the sugar and 1 cup water to the mixture and cook in low flame.Add coriander leaves, mix and remove it from flame.Cashew nut masala is ready.
