  • Onion - 1/2 Chopped
  • Dry chilly - 2 nos
  • Curry leaves - 1/2 string
  • Urad dal & Channa dal - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2/ tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As per taste) -

Instructions
  1. Chop pumpkin and keep aside
  2. In a pan add oil, temper mustard, urad dal, channa dal
  3. Now add onion, dry chilly and curry leaves saute well
  4. Now add pumpkin, saute well then add salt and water and cook soft
  5. Powder cashew in jar.
  6. Add cashew powder in poriyal then mix well.
  7. Cashew pumpkin is now ready to serve.
