Cashewnut Pudhina Pakoda

Pakodas made with Cashewnuts and Mint leaves(Pudhina)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cashewnut
  • 1 1/2 cups Gram flour Kadala podi
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves finely chopped, Pudhina
  • Ginger chilly paste - 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp Fennel Perinjeerakam
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Sieve the gram flour or besan.
  • Add to it the cashewnuts, pudhina, ginger-chilly paste, fennel seeds and salt.
  • Add little water and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Take the batter in small quantities and fry, till golden brown.
  • :- This snack gives u health and nutrition.
