  • Mint leaves(finely chopped, Pudhina) - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger(chilly paste - 2 tsp) -
  • Fennel(Perinjeerakam) - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil for frying -

Instructions
  1. Sieve the gram flour or besan.
  2. Add to it the cashewnuts, pudhina, ginger-chilly paste, fennel seeds and salt.
  3. Add little water and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  5. Take the batter in small quantities and fry, till golden brown.
