  • Cauliflower florets - cups
  • Peas - 1 cup
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Tomato - 2 nos
  • Ginger(garlic paste - ½ tsp) -
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Vinegar or Lime - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds in it.
  2. Add onion and saute till it turns translucent.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for few seconds.
  4. Add sliced tomatoes and stir till the tomatoes turn soft.
  5. Add some water to form a nice gravy.
  6. Add in washed and drained cauliflower florets.
  7. Add green peas and some salt as required.
  8. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
  9. Take another vessel and boil 2 cups of milk. Add 1 tsp vinegar diluted with little water. Strain the curdle and pour it into the curry.
  10. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
