Cauliflower And Green Peas With Milk Curdle

and
Milk

Cauliflower florets
1
cup
Peas
1

Onion
finely chopped
2
nos
Tomato
Ginger
garlic
paste - ½ tsp
½
tsp
Cumin seeds
2
cups
Milk
2
tsp
Vinegar or Lime
Salt
As reqd
1
tbsp
Oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan. Splutter
cumin seeds
in it.
Add
onion
and saute till it turns translucent.
Add
ginger
-
garlic
paste and stir for few seconds.
Add
chilli powder
,
coriander powder
,
turmeric powder
,
salt
and mix well.
Add sliced tomatoes and stir till the tomatoes turn soft.
Add some
water
to form a nice gravy.
Add in washed and drained cauliflower florets.
Add
green peas
and some
salt
as required.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
Take another vessel and boil 2 cups of
milk
. Add 1 tsp vinegar diluted with little
water
. Strain the curdle and pour it into the curry.
Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
