First heat olive oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds and black gram. Add minced green chilly and fry for a minute.
Stir in diced cauliflower, peas, pepper powder, required salt and mix well. Cover and cook in low heat for 10 minutes until the veggies are done.Add methi leaves.
Remove from fire and add lime juice.
Garnish cauliflower and peas stir fry with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
