  • Cauliflower(pluck them in medium size flowers, medium) - 1 no
  • Green Bell Pepper(diced in square) - 1 no
  • Potato(diced in small squares, medium) - 1 no
  • Onion(sliced) - 1/2 of
  • Ginger(finely chopped)-1 1/4 ts) -
  • Tomato(diced in small, medium) - 1 no
  • Chilly powder - 1 -
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 1 -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
  1. Wash the vegetables and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Add the onion and saute till it`s slight brown and translucent.
  4. Add the finely chopped ginger and garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears.
  5. Add the vegetables, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and mix well.
  6. Close the pan and reduce the flame.
  7. :- Do not add water.
  8. Half the way, add the chopped tomatoes and close the lid.
  9. :- Vegetables should be cooked through the steam.
  10. Once they are cooked, few water would remain still in the pan.
  11. Allow them to dry up without closing the lid.
  12. When done, garnish with few coriander leaves.
  13. :- Serve with rice as side dish, chappathis and pooris.
