Instructions
  1. Put the cauliflower florets in water along with salt and turmeric powder for 5 minutes. Wash well and drain the water well.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add the flower florets and potato. Fry till light brown and remove in a plate.
  4. Add onion into the pan and fry till light brown.
  5. Add tomato and saute.
  6. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 1 tbsp of water.
  7. Add cauliflower and potato. Stir well.
  8. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  9. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
