Instructions
  1. For preparing the tasty dish first clean and cut the cauliflower into medium sized pieces.
  2. Chop the onion, capsicum, garlic and green chilli.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion, garlic and green chilli.
  4. Add capsicum and mix it.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes out.
  6. Add red chili power, salt, turmeric and pepper.
  7. Add cauliflower and mix it and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
  8. Once the cauliflower gets cooked, add the beaten eggs.
  9. Scramble the eggs and allow to cook until the eggs get well blended with cauliflower
  10. Now cauliflower egg masala is ready.
