Instructions
  1. For preparing cauliflower fritters, cut the cauliflower into florets and wash them.
  2. Take a bowl and stir in bengal gram powder, maida, chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and required salt. Mix it well with a little water(it should be thick).
  3. Into the same bowl add green chillies and onions. Mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes for all the flavors to combine.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  5. Dip each cauliflower floret in the mixture and fry it till light brown.
  6. Cauliflower fritters are ready. Serve hot as a snack.
