Cauliflower Green Peas Curry With Curdle
A delicious tasty curry with the combination of cauliflower and
green peas
. The curd added to this combination takes out to some other level. Sure everone of us like it.

Ingredients
1x

Cauliflower florets: 1 and ½ cup
Peas: 1 cup
Onion
: 1 medium finely chopped
Tomato
: 2 medium sliced
Ginger
garlic
paste: ½ tsp
Jeera: ½ tsp
Milk
: 2 cup
Vinegar or lime: 2 tsp diluted with little
water
Salt
: As required
Oil
: 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan add jeera and allow it to splutter, add chopped
onion
stir till it turns translucent.
Add
ginger
garlic
paste stir for few second. Add
chilli powder
,
coriander powder
,
turmeric powder
,
salt
and mix well.
Enter Step
After that add sliced
tomato
and stir till the tomatoes turns soft.
Add some
water
to form a nice gravy. Then put washed and drained cauliflower florets.

Then add
green peas
and some
salt
as required. Cover with a lid & cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
Enter Step
Take another vessel and boil 2 cup of
milk
. Add 1 tsp vinegar diluted with little
water
. Pour this curd into the curry.
Enter Step
Remove in a bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves and serve .
