Cauliflower Green Peas Curry With Curdle

A delicious tasty curry with the combination of cauliflower and green peas. The curd added to this combination takes out to some other level. Sure everone of us like it.

Ingredients
  

  • Cauliflower florets: 1 and ½ cup
  • Peas: 1 cup
  • Onion: 1 medium finely chopped
  • Tomato: 2 medium sliced
  • Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp
  • Jeera: ½ tsp
  • Milk : 2 cup
  • Vinegar or lime: 2 tsp diluted with little water
  • Salt: As required
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan add jeera and allow it to splutter, add chopped onion stir till it turns translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste stir for few second. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.

  • After that add sliced tomato and stir till the tomatoes turns soft.
  • Add some water to form a nice gravy. Then put washed and drained cauliflower florets.

  • Then add green peas and some salt as required. Cover with a lid & cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
  • Enter Step
  • Take another vessel and boil 2 cup of milk. Add 1 tsp vinegar diluted with little water. Pour this curd into the curry.

  • Remove in a bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves and serve .
