  • Cauliflower florets: 1 and ½ cup -
  • Peas : 1 cup -
  • Onion: 1 medium finely chopped -
  • Tomato: 2 medium sliced -
  • ginger garlic paste : ½ tsp -
  • Jeera : ½ tsp -
  • Milk : 2 cup -
  • Vinegar or lime: 2 tsp diluted with little water -
  • Salt : As required -
  • Oil: 1 tbsp -
  • Coriander leaves : for garnish -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add jeera and allow it to splutter, add chopped onion stir till it turns translucent.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste stir for few second. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.

  4. After that add sliced tomato and stir till the tomatoes turns soft.
  5. Add some water to form a nice gravy. Then put washed and drained cauliflower florets.

  7. Then add green peas and some salt as required. Cover with a lid & cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.

  9. Take another vessel and boil 2 cup of milk. Add 1 tsp vinegar diluted with little water. Pour this curd into the curry.

  11. Remove in a bowl garnished with chopped coriander leaves and serve .
