Instructions
  1. cook grated cauliflower in water
  2. when cooked add oats to it
  3. meanwhile make a fine powder of almond and flax seed
  4. add this powder to oats with a pinch of cinnamon powder
  5. to this add required brown sugar simmer it and serve
