1 cup Cauliflower (chopped)1/2 cup Onion (chopped)1 - Green chillies (chopped)1/4 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)1/4 tsp Mustard seeds1 tbsp OilCoriander leaves (A few, chopped)3 cups Wheat flour1/2 tsp Salt1 tbsp OilWarm water (As reqd) Heat oil and splutter musturd seeds.Add onion and saute for a few mins.Add cauliflower and saute for few minutes more.Add turmeric powder, green chillies and salt.Cover and cook for few mins.Add coriander leaves. Remove from fire and allow to cool.Knead the dough well with salt,oil and warm water. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hr.Mix the dough with the cauliflower mix.Knead till cauliflower mix fully blends well. Make balls from dough, roll out the parathas.Heat tava and put the paratha.When bubbles starts appearing, turn, brush some ghee and cook till its done.:- Serve hot. North Indian
