Instructions
  1. Wash the cauliflower in hot water with salt. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Cook the peas separately.
  3. Blanch the tomatoes, peel off the skin and strain it.
  4. Grind together green chillies, ginger and small onions and keep it aside.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan.
  6. Splutter mustard seeds.
  7. Add cashewnuts and fry them.
  8. Add onions and saute for a minute.
  9. Add the ground masala and saute for a minute.
  10. Grind the tomatoes(cooked & skin peeled off) and add the paste to the above.
  11. Add cooked peas, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
  12. Deep fry the cauliflower pieces in oil and add to the above.
  13. Add cooked rice and mix well.
