  • Onion(finely sliced, medium) - 2 nos
  • Green chillie(Slit) - 5 nos
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper(to taste) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower florets into medium sizes and immerse it in hot salt water for about an hour and drain.
  2. In a tablespoon of oil, saute finely sliced onions, green chillies for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt & the florets and saute well.
  4. Reduce the flame and cook covered. :-Do not add water, if required, just sprinkle water in between. Also, take care for the florets to not to be over cooked, it should be a bit crunchy.
  5. Add pepper powder to taste and curry leaves and toss well.
  6. :- Serve hot. :- This goes well with rice.
