  • Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
  • Garlic pods(grated) - 1 no
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

  • Oil(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 springs
  • Ghee - 20 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing cauliflower with curd, marinate cauliflower in the curd and salt. Keep aside for an hour.
  2. Take a deep frying pan and heat oil. Fry the marinated cauliflower till it becomes light brown.
  3. Melt ghee in a pan and sautT onion, garlic, ginger and garam masala. Add the fried cauliflower and sugar. Mix well.
  4. Cook on low flame till the cauliflower is done.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Cauliflower with curd is ready to serve with veg pulav, bread, paratha etc.
