1)Grind together coconut, garlic and turmeric powder into a coarse form.
2)Heat oil in a pan.
3)Splutter mustard seeds.
4)Add curry leaves.
5)Add the chopped ingredients and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
6)Add the ground coconut mixture along with salt and saute.
7)Lower the flame and cover with a lid.
8)Cook for 3 mins.
9)Remove the lid and saute again.
