  • Fried chicken - 280 gm
  • Liquid eggs - 5 nos
  • Fried prawns - 250 gm
  • Spring onion - 140 gm
  • White mushroom - 140 gm
  • Brown mushroom - 140 gm
  • Mangetout or Beans - 140 gm
  • Sweet corns - 210 gm
  • Basmati rice - 1 kg
  • Soya Sauce - 10 ml
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Fry the chicken and cut into small pieces.
  2. Fry the prawns.
  3. Beat the egg.
  4. Slice the mushrooms and vegetable.
  5. Cook the rice separately.
  6. :- Do not over cook the rice.
  7. Heat the oil and add the egg mixture to cook.
  8. Add fried chicken, prawns, vegetables, mushrooms and sweet corn.
  9. Saute for some time.
  10. Add rice and mix well.
  11. :- Make sure it doesn't burn.
  12. Add soya sauce.
  13. Add salt to taste.
