Grind the grated coconut with 3 shallots and keep it aside. Open the pressure cooker, add raw mango pieces and the ground coconut mixture to it, keep stirring.
Roast the dried prawns and powdered it or crushed it.Add this to the curry, stir it.When the curry starts to boil, switch off the flame.
Heat coconut oil in a pan, splutter mustard, fry chopped shallots,dried red chilli, curry leaves and pour this into the curry.
