It is an easy recipe prepared with jackfruit seeds and bittergourd. The bitterness will be less in this dish. it is the best combo with the boiled rice.
Peel the white skin of Chakkakuru (Jackfruit seeds) and put the Chakkakuru in normal water for some time (so that the brown coloured skin can be removed easily).
Clean the Kaippakka (Bitter gourd), remove the seeds and cut them into pieces.
After some time take out the Chakkakuru from water and remove the brown coloured skin also with a knife.
Then cut the Chakkakuru and Kaippakka into small pieces separately and keep them aside.
Heat Oil in a frying pan/Cheenachatti and add the sliced Shallots/Onion into the oil
