Instructions
  1. first wash and cook rice with all the ingredients upto raisins in a pressure cooker by adding 1 cup of water on high flame for one whistle.
  2. After one whistle, cook on low flame for 15 minute and switch off the flame. When the pressure releases, open the lid and mix well.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, fry the cashews, raisins and add this to the Chakkara Choru.
  4. Chakkara Choru is ready. Serve hot. Enjoy!
