Instructions
  1. Add salt to the sliced chillies.
  2. Add some sliced onion and mix well. Use a spoon or hand to squeeze the juices out of the chillies. This works well when mixed with salt.
  3. Squeeze the juices out of some (about 1 Tbsp) onion slices.
  4. Mix in the rest of the onion.
  5. Add the lime juice and mix well.
  6. Allow it to stand covered for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Note: Amount of chillies may be increased or decreased depending upon your need.
