Instructions
  1. Grind cocunut, half shallots, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves together.
  2. Heat oil in a tawa, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies.
  3. Pour the grinded cocunut mixture to the tawa, add enough salt.
  4. Serve with dosa/idly.
