Oil
Instructions
Grind cocunut, half shallots,
ginger
,
green chillies
,
curry leaves
together.
Heat
oil
in a tawa, splutter
mustard seeds
, add dry
red chillies
.
Pour the grinded cocunut mixture to the tawa, add enough
salt
.
Serve with dosa/idly.
