Instructions
  1. Soak the channa(chickpeas) over night. Pressure cook them till it is completely cooked.
  2. After cooking them grind it coarsely in a mixer without adding water. Keep it aside.
  3. Add two tsp of oil in a frying pan. After the oil heats up, add ginger and green chillies and fry them for about a minute.
  4. Then add the finely chopped carrot and beans and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.Please do not add water. Cover the frying pan.
  5. Add salt as reqd and garam masala while cooking. When this mixture is ready, combine the channa paste, mashed potato and cornflour into it.
  6. Add finely chopped coriander leaves also. Mix them well.
  7. Make small patties of the mixture. Dip in egg white and then in bread crumbs.
  8. Roast them on a tava with required oil. Nutritious protein rich delicious cutlets are ready. Serve them with Tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
