  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) -
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tblsp
  • Maida - 1 tblsp
  • Bread - 2
  • Oil(for frying) -

Instructions
  1. Soak channa and Boil the channa and smash it.
  2. Add all ingredients and add some water with channa and mix it well.
  3. In separate bowl add maida and corn flour and water mix like semi paste
  4. Remove corner of bread and make it as bread grams
  5. Take some mixed channa dip it in maida corn flour paste
  6. Dust with bread grams,
  7. Boil the oil and deep fry it. Serve with ketchup
