  • Finely chopped onion - 1
  • chopped green chili - 2
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) -
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tblsp
  • Maida - 2 tblsp
  • Rice flour - 1 tsp
  • Oil(for frying) -

Instructions
  1. Boil the channa and smash it.
  2. Add all ingredients and add some water with channa and mix it well.
  3. Make small ball and flat the channa
  4. Heat the pan, and put some oil and fry both side
  5. Serve with ketchup. Channa Tikki is ready
