Instructions
  1. Take a medium sized bowl and put wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and mix well.
  2. Add hot water and mix the dough with a spoon(wooden spoon).
  3. Add oil and mix the dough smoothly using your hand.
  4. Close the bowl with its lid and keep for an hour.
  5. Take the dough and make 8 lemon sized dough balls.
  6. In a flat surface, roll each ball sized dough to a circular shape.
  7. We can use extra flour to avoid the stickiness of dough during rolling if needed.
  8. Heat a pan and put 1/2 tsp of oil and fry the rolled dough.Turn upside down and fry the side.
  9. Cook it till done.
  10. :-Repeat same for rest of the dough balls.
