Ingredients

250 g Mushrooms 2 packets - chopped
2 nos Capsicum chopped, medium sized
1 no Onion finely chopped, big
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
2 nos Green chillies sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Pepper powder
Salt As reqd
2 tbsp Oil
Curry leaves Few

Instructions

For preparing Chatpata Mushroom with capsicum, heat oil in a pan. Add onions, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric, salt and sautT.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sautT.
Add mushrooms and capsicum. Cover and cook till water evaporates and mushrooms are cooked(do not add water).
Add soy sauce, pepper powder and garam masala.
Stir and serve 🙂
