  • Boiled potatoes(peeled & grated) - 2 nos
  • Paneer(grated) - ½ cup
  • Carrot(grated) - 1 no
  • Cheese cube(grated) - 1no
  • Chaat masala - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato(cut into strips) - 1 no
  • Capsicum(cut into strips) - 1 no
  • Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, add potatoes, paneer, carrot, cheese, 1 tsp chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and roll each part into a roll of the size of chappathis. Keep aside.
  3. Warm the chapattis and place on a serving plate. Put one roll of potato & paneer mixture in the center of a chappathi.
  4. Also add some capsicum and tomato strips, sprinkle chaat masala on the top and roll up the chappathis.
  5. Repeat the same procedure with the other chappathis.
  6. :- Serve hot!!!
