  • Red or green spinach leaves(as reqd) -
  • Small onion(Kunjulli) - 4 nos
  • Coconut(Grated) - 1 small
  • Green chilly(if u want it to be spicy add 2 more) - 3 nos
  • Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Cut the spinach leaves along with the stem.
  2. Grind the coconut, kunjulli and greeen chillies in mixie for 30 seconds.
  3. Mix the leaves and ground paste together with salt and cook this in a kadai for 4-5 minutes. :- stir it in between.
  4. Once it is cooked add 1 tbsp oil into cheera thoran and stir well.
  5. :- Serve Cheera thoran hot with rice!!!
