Instructions
  1. For preparing cheerathandu thoran, first cook the spinach stems with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Roughly grind coconut, green chillies and garlic.
  3. Heat pan, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  4. Add the shallots and fry.
  5. Add the crushed coconut and mix well.
  6. Add little salt and the cooked spinach stem.
  7. Mix well in simmer flame.
  8. Cheerathandu thoran is ready.
