  • Mushroom(sliced) - 100 g
  • Spring onions(chopped) - 2 springs
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 1/2 cup
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry red chillies(chopped finely) - 1 no
  • Mozarella cheese(grated) - 100 g
  • Cream - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 2 nos
  • Parsley Leaves(chopped finely) - 1 spring
  • Coriander leaves(chopped finely) - 1 spring
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp

  • Cream - 1/4 cup

  • Parsley Leaves(chopped finely) - 1 spring
  • Coriander leaves(chopped finely) - 1 spring
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing cheese egg macaroni, take a vessel and add 2 cups of water and 1 tsp oil. Allow it to boil.
  2. Then add in the macaroni and mix it. Cook it uncovered in low flame till it is done.
  3. Drain and wash the macaroni well with cold water to avoid it from sticking to each other. Keep it aside.
  4. Take a pan and scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt. Keep it aside.
  5. Take another vessel and heat butter. SautT spring onions and mushrooms.
  6. In the same vessel add in the maida and mix it well.
  7. Slowly pour in the milk stirring continuously.
  8. Add pepper, dry red chilly and salt. Stir till it becomes a thick sauce.
  9. Then add in the cooked macaroni, cream, scrambled eggs and grated cheese.
  10. Garnish with parsley and coriander leaves.
  11. Cheese egg macaroni is ready. Serve hot.
