Instructions
  1. Chop the onion, chillies, ginger and coriander. Grate the cheese and keep it aside.
  2. Beat the eggs and keep it aside.
  3. In a pan heat the oil and add the onions and sautT till it turns brown
  4. Add the ginger and chillies
  5. Add all the masala powders (coriander, chilly, cumin, pepper, turmeric and salt) and fry.
  6. Add the eggs and scramble them.
  7. Remove from flame and cool off and then add the coriander leaves.
  8. In a bread slice stuff with the mixture and sprinkle cheese.
  9. Toast them and serve hot with green chatni or sauce.
Recipe Notes

Add lots of cheese if your kid is a cheese lover. Apply sauce on the bread slice before stuffing it.
