  • Egg yolk : 1 no -
  • Jeera powder :1 tsp -
  • Salt as needed -
  • Cheese : 2 thin sliced -
  • Maida sheets : 4 nos -

Instructions
  1. Mix 1 to 5 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place this mixture on one Maida sheet.
  3. Over that place one cheese slice.
  4. Now place another over it .
  5. Press it like poori sheets but gently.
  6. Cut and remove the excess flour without the stuffing.
  7. Fry it in oil.
  8. Remove from flame when its cooked.

  10. This can be cut into any shape but make sure the sides are sealed so that the stuffing doesn’t come out while frying.
  11. This dish is very rich in fat, so be cautious
