Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. When the butter is melted completely, add maida and fry tillthe smell goes off. Do not let it change the color.
  3. Add little milk and let it cook.
  4. Wait till comes to thick consistency.
  5. When it gets to thick consistency add some more milk.Likewise do for about two to three times.
  6. When it comes to sauce consistency add the cheese grated.
  7. Wait till the cheese melts. Remove from flame and transferto a bowl.
