Instructions
  1. For preparing cheese soufflT, grease the dish with butter.
  2. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
  3. Take a sauce pan, melt butter and add in the maida. Mix until it starts bubbling.
  4. Add in milk and cook for 10 minutes. Stir continuously till the sauce becomes thick.
  5. Remove it from the flame and add egg yolks.
  6. Beat the egg whites with salt till it becomes stiff.
  7. Add it to the above mixture with the cheese and mix well.
  8. Pour it in a dish and bake for 35 minutes.
  9. Cheese soufflT is ready. Serve hot.
