Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Add refined flour and sautT for a minute.
  3. Add milk and whisk well so there are no lumps
  4. Switch off the heat, add cheese and mix
  5. Drain corn and add and mix well.
  6. Add green chillies, salt, black pepper powder and mix
  7. Mash the cooked rice and add along with the coriander leaves.
  8. Add the bread crumbs and salt and mix well.
  9. Divide the mixture into balls and roll them in bread crumbs
  10. Deep fry and serve.
