Chemmeen Fry Malabar style Shrimps(Chemmeen) fry 1 lb Jumbo shrimps (Chemmeen)2 tbsp Chilly powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/4 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Pepper powder1 tbsp Lime juice1/2 tsp SaltOil (enough to shallow fry)Water (if needed to make paste)Curry Leaves (A few) Mix together all the powders along with the lime juice and a little water.Marinate the shrimps with the above for 30 mins.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add curry leaves and immediately, add the marinated shrimps.Fry, till done or crispy.:- Serve with steamed rice.
