Chemmeen In Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Prawns cleaned & de-veined
- 1 no Onion sliced
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk second milk
- 4 nos Green chillies
- 2 tsp Ginger chopped
- 2 tsp Garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- Oil As reqd
- Curry leaves Few
Instructions
- For preparing chemmeen in coconut milk, first mix prawns, half of onion, 2 green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder and salt.
- When cooked, keep aside the prawns.
- Heat a kadai and pour oil.
- Add cooked prawns, chilly powder and garam masala into it.
- Make it a semi thick gravy.
