Cherupayar Dosa-Green Gram Dosa

Cherupayar Dosa-Green gram dosa is a popular andhra street food and breakfast made using green gram. This is not only easy to prepare but also very nutritious as we are using green gram to make this dosa. It an Instant Dosa prepared with protein rich green moong dal instead of rice and urad dal. It is a light and healthy dish which all ages should enjoy.

Instructions
  1. Soak raw rice,green gram,fenugreek seed,fennel seed for 4 hours
  2. Grind all the ingrrdients with little water to make a fine paste.
  3. Convert into a vessel,add water if required to get the correct consistency of dosa.it should not be too thick or thin.add chopped coriander leaves,green chilly,salt and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a dosa tawa and make small dosa.cook both sides
  5. Green gram dosa is ready to serve.
