Cherupayar (boiled) : 1 big cup
Onion
: 1 small
Tomato
:1 medium
Mustard seeds
: few
Curry leaves
: 2 leaves
Ginger
garlic
paste : 1 tsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder
: 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder
: ¼ tsp
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan. Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Add
curry leaves
.
Add
onion
and
ginger
garlic
paste.
Add chilly and
turmeric
and
coriander powder
.
When
onion
is half done, add
tomato
also.
Add cherupayar and mix well.
Finally add grinded
coconut
also. Mix well.
Cherupayar puzhukku is ready.
