Chettinad Chicken Fry Non veg Side dish - Chettinad Chicken Fry 1 kg Chicken1 tbsp Ginger paste1 tbsp Garlic paste1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder1 no Egg1 tsp Lemon juice1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Garam masala powder1 no Onion (chopped, medium)2 tbsp Corn flour1 tbsp Gram flour2 nos Green chillies (chopped)Curry leaves (A few)Salt (As reqd) Cut the chicken into small cubes and clean well.Rub the chicken pieces with lemon juice, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, beaten egg, garam masala powder, corn flour, gram flour and keep it aside for atleast 1 hr.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.Add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and saute well.Add this to the fried chicken and mix well.:- Chettinad chicken fry is ready to be served.
