Chettinadu Chicken

Instructions
  1. clean the chicken and add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice and soak for 15 mins
  2. heat the pan without oil and add all the chettinadu masala ingredients except coconut and saute it till it turn light brown
  3. now add coconut with that chettinadu masala and make a fine paste
  4. heat the oil in the pan and add chopped onion and saute it till it turn to golden brown
  5. add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and mix it
  6. add chopped tomato and mix well
  7. now add chettinadu masala paste and cook till the raw smell comes out
  8. now add soaked chicken and mix well.
  9. if required add little water and allow to boil the chicken
  10. now chettinadu chicken is ready. serve with hot rice
