Ingredients
  

  • Broccoli florets: 1 cup
  • Minced chicken[ without bone]: 1 cup
  • Minced garlic: 2 tsp
  • Green chilli minced: 1
  • Onion: 1 grated
  • Soy Sauce: 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder: 1 tsp
  • Cheese: ½ tbsp grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil: 3 tsp
  • Water: 2 tsp
  • Maida: 1 ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough water for making dough
  • Soda powder: ¼ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add minced garlic stir for few minutes. Now add onion, stir till change the colour in light golden colour.
  • Add Minced chicken and stir well. Then add pepper powder, salt. minced green chilli and soy sauce and stir well for few seconds.

  • Now add chopped broccoli stir and add 2 tsp water or sprinkle little water. Cover it for cook and dry this chicken broccoli.

  • Add grated cheese and mix with all the ingredients. Remove into a bowl.

  • Mix maida with salt, soda powder and water and make a dough. Make small balls and roll it very thin with a rolling pin. This can prepare in rolling paper instead of maida.

  • Arrange the chicken broccoli mixture on the middle of the maida sheet and tightly fold. Stick with maida batter on the edge of this roll shown as below.[2 tsp maid mix with some water and make maida batter for stick this roll].

  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry this chicken roll and remove into a plate. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
