Chicken And Spring Onion Pakora
Minced chicken added to chopped
spring onion
, coriander leaves, other ingredients and shaped into pakoras and deep fried

Red chilly flakes
Ginger

paste -1 1/2 tsp

Garam masala

Boiled
potato
small, mashed

As reqd
Oil
For frying
Instructions
For preparing chicken and
spring onion
pakora, first place the chicken mince in a bowl.
Chop the
spring onion
, coriander leaves,
mint leaves
, green chilies and add to the bowl.
Add red chilly flakes,
ginger
-
garlic
paste,
garam masala
and mashed
potato
.
Add
egg
, required
salt
and mix all the ingredients together in the bowl. Shape the entire mixture into small balls.
In a kadai, heat
oil
and deep fry the pakoras in medium heat, to a golden brown color.
Chicken and
spring onion
pakora is ready. Tastes best with Thai sweet chilly sauce.
