Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry onions for 2 mins.
  3. Add tomato, capsicum, salt and pepper and stir fry for 2 mins.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and saute.
  5. Gradually, add milk in which cornflour has been dissolved.
  6. Cook this mixture on a low flame, until the sauce gets thickened.
  7. Place butter sheet on a tray and place the bread slices on the tray.
  8. Spread required amount of ketchup on the slices.
  9. Spoon in the mixture evenly over the slices.
  10. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozerella cheese on top.
  11. Garnish with finely chopped tomato and capsicum.
  12. Bake the bread slices for 5 - 10 mins., till the bread becomes slightly crusty and the cheese melts in.
  13. :- You can use beef instead of chicken.
