For Marination Of Chicken Pieces:1/2 kg Chicken(boneless)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Pepper powder1 tsp Chilly powderAs reqd SaltFor Preparation Of Chicken: 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste2 nos. Onion(Big) (Chopped into small pieces)2 nos. Green chilliesFew Curry leaves1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Garam masala1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Chilly powderFew Coriander leavesFor Preparing Bread Pola:1 full bread Bread 1 Cup Milk5 nos. Eggs 1/2 tsp Pepper powderA pinch SaltFor frying Oil
For Marinating Chicken:Chop the cleaned chicken pieces into small pieces and take it in a bowl.Add salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp chilly powder. Mix well and keep aside for a few minutes.Fry the chicken in hot oil and shred into small bits.Next, in the same oil used for frying chicken, add ginger garlic paste and saute.Add chopped onion and stir well in medium flame.Add green chillies, curry leaves, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilly powder and stir well.Add shredded chicken and coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from flame. Keep this aside.For Preparing Egg Mixture:Take 1 cup milk in a bowl and break 5 eggs, one by one, into the milk. Add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Beat the egg mixture well.For Preparing Bread Pola: Take a non-stick pan and add oil. Dip the bread pieces in the egg mixture and layer the bottom of the pan as shown in the image. Add the previously prepared chicken mixture on top of the bread pieces. Again layer completely with the bread pieces on top of chicken.Pour the balance egg mixture on top of the pola. Cover the pan with a lid and keep in low flame for 20 minutes. After 18 minutes flip the bread pola upside down and keep for 2 more minutes until the outer side is slightly browned.
