Heat the ghee and then add the washed and drained rice and fry lightly.
:-Don`t stir it too much because the rice breaks off.
Fry for about 3 mins or so and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a deep non stick pan and add cardmom, aniseeds, kalpasi, bay leaves, cloves, Cinnamon and fry lightly.
Now add the gingergarlic paste and fry it till all the raw smell goes and it turns light golden brown.
:- Make sure you don`t burn it. Watch out as this may splatter so much. put it in slow heat when you`re frying this to avoid splattering.
Add the sliced onions (save a few for the chicken) and fry till golden brown.
