  • Chicken(small pieces) - 1/2 kg
  • Oil - 3 tsp
For garnishing:-
  • Red onions(medium) - 2 nos
  • Tomato - 1 no
  • Spinach/Palak(A handful, 6 stems) -

Instructions
  1. Grind together the ingredients for grinding to a thick paste.
  2. Clean chicken with fresh water and drain water.
  3. Mix it with chicken and refrigrate for 10 - 20 mins to marinate.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Fry onion till medium golden brown.
  6. Add tomato and chilli powder and fry for 5 mins.
  7. Add spinach to it and keep stirring. Keep on low flame.
  8. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in another pan.
  9. Add chicken and cook it well till the water dries off.
  10. Finally mix the above mix with the chicken after it is well cooked.
