Boneless chicken pieces

Onion

Capsicum

Soya sauce
2
tsp
Chilly sauce
1
tsp
Schezwan sauce
1
tbsp
Oil
2
tsp
Chilli powder
Salt
As reqd
2
tsp
Cornflour
1
no
Egg
Ginger
garlic
paste
Instructions
Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, chilli sauce,
salt
,
ginger
garlic
paste,
chilli powder
and
egg
white.
Add
cornflour
and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat
oil
in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken pieces. Remove in a plate.
Heat up the rest of the
oil
.
Add the chopped
onion
and saute till it turns light golden colour.
Add
capsicum
and stir well. Do not allow the
capsicum
to get over cooked.
Add½ tspchilli powder,½ tspginger
garlic
paste, 1 tsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of schezwan sauce.
Add
salt
, if required. Saute well.
Add fried chicken and stir for 1 minute.
Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
:- Serve hot with chapati, rice etc.
